I spent yesterday's afternoon at Hackescher Markt - my favourite spot in Berlin. It was fascinating because the crowd from Mercedes Benz Fashion Week was strolling around and I love to watch people - especially when they are well dressed. First my boyfriend and I had lunch at Mädchenitaliener - I love the pasta there. To escape the rain we stopped at Schwarzhogerzeil - a lovely boutique with clothes from Isabel Marant. I got this brush from Shisheido today. I'm super excited to see how it works. I hope my skin will improve. If so, I'm going to buy a Clarisonic as soon as possible. Dear readers!

I've been sick since the very beginning of 2012. Nice start! But now that I'm feeling better, I want to share with you my plans for this year! I love to plan, so let's get startet!

Sports! I wanna work out like I never did before (easy task!)! I wanna work on my legs, my but and optimize my body! Hah! Challenge accepted!
Nutrition! I wanna try to not eat too many carbs. This is going to be very hard, cause I looove pasta...
University! In march, I' wanna start my master thesis and finish my studies after 5 years! Can't believe that my life as a student won't last forever! The clock is ticking...
Change! I'm probably moving to Paris in october. I love the city and I can share a sweet little flat with a dear friend there. I'm excited to move there, even though I'm gonna miss Berlin like hell..
Travel! This summer I'll be traveling with my boyfriend to the United States. Or to India. Or Australia :)
Money! I wanna try to not spend so much money on clothes! It's gonna be hard, but I'm a tough girl ;)
Work! By the end of the year I need to take a huge exam to become a teacher in german literature. I need to study A LOT in Paris. But I'm willing to do my best. Cause this is about my future career!
Enjoy! This year is a very important year to me. I need to work hard but I think it's worth it! Designing my own life is a privilege. I'm very lucky. Education, financial security and health don't come as naturally as we may think sometimes. Be grateful! I certainly am :)

During the last let's say 6 or 7 years there's been one girl popping up in fashion magazines from time to time whom I really liked. I'm speaking of Margherita Missoni. I just love her style. She seems to not care about trends too much and she is very courageous when it comes to combining different styles, shapes and colours - not boring at all! But what I love most about her is her natural beauty. She's not perfect - oh no. She hasn't got the most perfect teeth and yet she smiles like an italian goddess. She also hasn't got the long skinny legs every it-girl seems to walk on. ( Her legs actually look like mine - not so fashionable) BUT - Margherita Missoni is clever, beautiful and talented. She's studied drama in New York but has eventually returned to Italy and joined her family's business. I think she's the perfect unperfect idol a girl should have. Guys, I'm sorry I neglected my blog lately. I've had just sooo much to do. I'm studying like crazy since I'm in my very last year now. Plus a friend visited me for more than a week, so I'm sharing my apartment with two grown ups at the moment. Also my boyfriend's macbook is broken and I'm sharing my computer with him. I had two big birthday parties too. And I'm organising a concert night which will take place tomorrow night. And next week I'm heading home to Luxembourg to play a pretty big gig with german band Die Happy. I guess I'm superbusy.. and I'm freaking out.. and I'm about to get sick.. Ahh..

Hey guys! I just wanna write about a very nice article today. It's from FAZ Online Magazine and it's about female blogging. It's cleverly written and basically it says that women are blogging because they wanna create their own magazines on the net. Normal magazines like Vogue or Elle or InStyle are all about being pretty and becoming the perfect kind of woman but they neglect how important it is to simply be smart.
I'm not posting a lot of smart stuff, I know :) But I must confess that I'm reading blogs because I'm bored. I'm bored of seeing skinny seventeen year old models telling me how to look. That's just not me. Of course I wanna be pretty and I want boys to like me. But I don't think that being pretty means being skinny or tall or blonde or having big .. well, you know what I mean. ;) Just read it!

Guys, the seventies are back! That's big news and I celebrated it today. Yes, I must admit, I bought a pair of flared jeans! And suddenly I remembered why I liked them so much when I was 13 and why boys liked me so much when I was 13. Flared jeans or jeans with bootcut are just very nice to every one. They make even my legs look long and skinny. I realised how unfair skinny jeans are. And I guess I'll give my new look a try tonight at a party.

Recently the brand Maison Scotch opened a store there and I must admit - I love their collection. It's simple, chic and yet net too chic and they have very reasonable prices.
